No, Recurly does not currently have any functionality built to allow for two accounts to be merged together.
If you have two accounts for the same customer, we recommend choosing one of them to be the primary account for continued billing. You can then close the other account to prevent any accidental double-billing situations.
To close an account:

From the customer's account page in the Recurly Admin Console, click on "Account Actions" in the top right-hand corner.

Click on "Close Account."
This action will cancel any active subscriptions, delete any currently stored billing information, and prevent any new billings from occurring on the account unless it is reopened in the future.
