1. Template Selection
Template to Use: Use the Subscription Renewal Reminder email template.
Location: This template is found under Configuration > Email Templates in your Recurly Subscriptions instance.
2. Customization and Required Information
The template should be customized to provide the customer with all necessary details clearly and concisely.
State the Renewal Details: Clearly state the renewal amount and the exact renewal date.
Display Payment Method: Specify the payment card that is currently on file for the transaction.
3. Include an Actionable Link
Provide customers with a secure, one-click link so they can easily manage their account details before the renewal occurs.
Link Type: Include the Hosted Account Management URL parameter:
