Does Recurly Offer a Global Bulk Enable or Disable Feature for All Email Templates?

Email Template Management in Recurly Subscriptions

Recurly does not currently offer a global, bulk enable or disable feature for all email templates simultaneously across all plans. Email notifications must be managed and toggled individually.

Email Management Control Tiers

• Global Control: Each template is individually toggled on or off under Configuration > Email Templates within Recurly Subscriptions. This setting applies to all plans unless a plan-level override is set.

• Plan-Level Control: Individual templates can also be overridden (enabled or disabled) within the settings of a specific Plan. This allows for granular control over the communication flow for different subscription offerings.

Recommendation for Disabling All Communications

If you need to stop all email communications, you must perform this action manually on each template at the global level under Configuration > Email Templates.
