Users with admin access can close a customer's account in the Recurly Admin Console.
To do this:

Navigate to the specific customer account page.

In the top-right hand corner of the page, click on "Account Actions."

A dropdown menu will appear. Select the option to Close Account.
What Happens When an Account is Closed? When you close a customer account, Recurly will automatically:

Delete the billing information associated with the account.

Cancel any active subscriptions on the account.
This action ensures that no new billings will take place for the customer unless the account is reopened.
Additionally, if you only wish to remove a customer's payment information without closing their account entirely, you can do so by following the separate process to remove billing information.
