This feature is only available on Pro or Enterprise plans. Contact Recurly Sales, your account manager, or our Support team (support@recurly.com) for upgrade options.
What does it show?
Forecasting uses your current subscription contracts—including active, paused, and dunning—to predict future order volumes and gross sales. You can filter the view to match your business goals.

How to use the dashboard
The Forecasting dashboard includes:

An overview of forecasted gross sales, subscription orders, and SKU unit sales

Daily or monthly breakdowns of future metrics

Visual charts to help you track trends over time
Available filters

Time window – Choose from current month, next 3, 6, or 12 months

Aggregation – View data daily or monthly

Contract scope – Filter by Active, Active + Paused, or Active + Paused + Dunning

Metric type – Switch between SKU units and revenue
Forecasts refresh automatically once per day. The last refresh timestamp is displayed on the dashboard.
Key forecasted metrics

Total gross sales forecasted – Projected subscription sales for the selected period

Total subscription orders forecasted – Estimated number of orders

Forecasted average order value (AOV) – Predicted AOV based on live contract data
