Product Breakdown Analytics helps you analyze how individual product variants perform across subscription orders—so you can optimize inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Who can access it?
This feature is available to all Recurly Commerce merchants on any subscription plan.
What does it show?
It’s a customizable report that displays subscription order metrics (order count, units sold, and revenue) by product variant. You can analyze both first-time and recurring subscription orders.
Why use it?

How to use it

Open the Product Breakdown Analytics tab in Recurly Commerce

Choose your metric: Order Count, Product Units, or Revenue

Select your order scope:

First Subscription Orders only
-
All Subscription Orders (across a customer’s lifecycle)

Adjust the time granularity to Daily or Monthly

Use the table filters and sort options to focus on specific SKUs, timeframes, or metrics
