How Do I Find When a Transaction Was Voided Using Exports?

If you need to find the dates and times that transactions were voided, you should use the Transactions export.

This export contains the following columns that you can use to find this data:

1. modified_at: This column will display the most recent modification made to a transaction. Voiding a transaction is considered a modification, so the modified_at column will show you the date that the void took place.

2. invoice_id: You can use this column to identify the invoice the transaction is associated with.

3. status: You can use this column to determine which transactions were voided.

You can download the Transactions export from Analytics > Exports in the Recurly Admin Console.
