There isn't a direct export for this metric, but you can use the Subscriptions export to get an idea of what could be causing your Reactivation MRR to change.
-
Download the Subscriptions Export: Download the export with the filters set to
Status: AllandTime Range: All Time. -
Filter for Reactivations: In the downloaded file, check the
account_codecolumn for duplicates. Delete all subscriptions that are not part of a duplicate pair, as reactivations require at least two subscriptions (an expired one and a new one). -
Confirm the Gap: From the remaining duplicate pairs, confirm that one subscription is in an
Expiredstate and the other isActive. Check theexpires_atdate of the expired subscription and theactivated_atdate of the active subscription. There must be a gap of at least one month between these two dates to be considered a reactivation. -
Calculate the Amount: Once you have confirmed these conditions, delete the expired subscription from your list. The remaining active subscriptions are your reactivations. You can then use the
Amountcolumn to sum up the reactivation MRR.
