How Do I Find All Non-Renewing Subscriptions in My Exports?

You can find all subscriptions that are not set to renew by using a combination of data exports. Subscriptions can either be manually canceled or be set to expire due to a subscription term.

To Find Manually Canceled Subscriptions

These subscriptions will have the expires_at column populated in the Subscriptions export.

1. Download the Subscriptions export under Analytics > Exports.

2. In the downloaded file, check the expires_at column to see which subscriptions have been set to expire.

To Find Term-Limited Subscriptions

These subscriptions will have a value in the current_term_ends_at column in the Subscriptions export.

1. Stay on the same Subscriptions export you have already downloaded.

2. Go to the current_term_ends_at column and sort from A-Z.

3. Filter for the time frame you are analyzing to find the list of term-limited subscriptions that will expire.

If you are looking for subscriptions that expired today, you will also need to download the Subscriptions - Churned export for the current date. This will provide you with a list of subscriptions that have expired since the last data update.
