Can I Duplicate a Recurly Site?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to duplicate one site to another. However, you can create a new site to mirror your existing configurations.

Setting Up a New Sandbox Site:

1. Log out of your current Recurly account.

2. Sign up for a new, free sandbox site here: https://info.recurly.com/signup.

3. You will need an email address that is not already associated with any other Recurly site.

4. Once created, you can then invite any existing user's email address as a site user.

5. After your sandbox is set up, you can manually re-enter any configurations you have on your current site.

Professional Services Team: Our Professional Services Team may also be able to assist in copying your production site's configurations over to your new sandbox. They have the ability to copy over settings such as plans and coupons, but they would not be able to copy any credential-based settings like gateway logins or third-party integrations. If you are interested, we can escalate your request to the Professional Services Team to get a quote for this service.
