Can I Change My Production Site to Sandbox or Development Mode?

No, once you have created customer data within a live production environment, your site must remain in production mode. It cannot be changed back to either sandbox or development mode.

To continue with testing, we recommend using a separate sandbox site. If you do not have one, you can log out of your current Recurly account and register for a new site to use exclusively for testing.
