Can I Change My Recurly Site's Subdomain?

Yes, the subdomain (vanity URL) of your site can be updated, although the actual change must be made from the Recurly backend.

To request this change, please have a user with Admin privileges reach out to our support team either by email or via live chat in the Recurly Admin Console.

The change will be effective immediately upon receipt of the request. Once the change is made, you will need to update your API authentication to use the new subdomain value.
