Do you have a feature to notify customers of coupon expiration?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a built-in feature to directly notify customers of an upcoming or recent coupon expiration. We're tracking interest in this on our backend, so if you'd like to be added to the mailing list for updates, you can reach out to our support team at support@recurly.com.

In the meantime, you can use the {{coupon_lifetime}} email parameter to display the coupon's duration within your email templates. This parameter will return "Forever," "Single Use," or the number of months the coupon is active for, which can help customers keep track of the coupon's lifespan.
