If you have deleted a plan in Recurly that still has active subscriptions, the records (invoices and transactions) for those subscriptions will not be synced over to QBO.
Unfortunately, recreating that plan with the same plan_code and plan_name will not resolve the issue, as it won’t change the underlying subscription or any previously generated invoices that are still linked to the deleted plan.
Here is what you can do to fix this:

Terminate the old subscription that is linked to the deleted plan.

Create a new subscription to the newly created plan.
The next renewal invoice will then reference the new plan. Keep in mind that previously generated invoices will always reference the old plan's base fee or setup fee.
