This error indicates that the setup fees or add-ons are failing to sync because the plan they are associated with is not present in Xero.
To resolve this issue, you should check for a plan with an identical name in Xero. If one exists, you will need to take one of the following steps:

Change the name of the Plan Code in Recurly.

Change the name of the Plan in Xero.
Once you have done this, run another sync, and the error should no longer appear.
