To resolve the "Name: Can’t be Blank error" in Xero, you need to populate the empty field that Recurly is configured to use as the contact name.

Determine your Contact Name Format: Go to the Xero configuration page in the Recurly Admin Console to see what you are using for your Contact Name Format setting.

Populate the empty field: Go to the customer's account page for the account experiencing the error and populate the empty field that is specified in your Contact Name Format setting.
For example, if you have selected "Account Company" as your Contact Name Format, the error will be for accounts that do not have a company name. Once you populate a company name on these accounts, they will sync over.
