When attempting to refund an invoice, the error "The address provided is invalid, could not determine taxing jurisdictions" indicates a discrepancy between the invoice address and the address-based tax rate tables.
First, you should confirm that the invoice address is complete and accurate.
If the address is correct, this issue may be caused by a recent change to a tax jurisdiction's official tax rate table. When you preview a refund in the Recurly Admin Console, the system uses a tax rate preview table to show estimated tax. This preview table can occasionally get out of sync with very recent changes to the official tax rate tables managed by our tax service. This can result in an address that was taxed correctly for the initial charge being flagged as invalid when previewing the refund.
