All transactions in Recurly have three distinct sections that provide merchants with valuable information.
General Details: This section includes the transaction type (e.g., payment, refund, authorization), status (e.g., success, declined, voided), amount of the transaction, and the customer's billing information, including card type and address details if collected.
Fraud Details: Typically, this section is informative and indicates the type of address checks performed by the payment gateway.
Additional Details: This section is particularly useful for tracking the reason for a transaction decline. It will provide any error codes or messages returned by the payment gateway, as well as a reference number. This reference number can be used to find the transaction inside a third-party payment gateway virtual terminal.
