Why Are There Missing Webhook Notifications for an Account?

There are two primary reasons why a webhook notification may be missing for an account:

1. Notifications Are Purged After 15 Days: Webhook notifications are typically only retained in the system for 15 days before being completely purged.

2. No Notification is Generated: A webhook notification is not generated when billing information is deleted or cleared. This is because these notifications are not meant to be used for actionable events such as a billing information update.
