If you are missing data in your Salesforce org, the first recommendation is to attempt a full re-sync of the data.
Step 1: Perform a Full Re-sync

Go to the Recurly Admin tab in Salesforce and select "Sync Settings."

Click "Edit."

Scroll down to the "Last Sync" field and enter a year in the date field back to 2008, then click Save.
Step 2: Check for Errors
After the data re-syncs, check to see if the missing data has been synced. If a full re-sync did not work, go to the Recurly Logs tab to check for errors. Typically, a missing validation rule, a required field, or a permissions issue can cause the error.
Step 3: Reach Out to Recurly Support and Grant SFDC Access
If you are unable to troubleshoot successfully, you can open a ticket and grant our support team login access to your Salesforce org so we can investigate further.
