If you are experiencing issues with accounts not linking or being created in Salesforce, you should check your Recurly Admin settings to ensure that the correct linking and account creation features are enabled.
Additionally, you need to ensure that the field selected on the standard account (under "Salesforce Account Link Field") is not a formula field, as that will prevent successful linking.
To check these settings, follow these steps:

Go to the Recurly Admin tab in Salesforce.

Select "Account Link Settings."

Make sure the box next to "Link Accounts Enabled" is checked. If it isn't, click the Edit button, check the box, and Save Changes.

Make sure the box next to "Create Accounts To Link To" is checked. If it isn't, click the Edit button, check the box, and Save Changes.
