You might encounter the Zendesk error "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support if issue persist" when configuring the Recurly integration. This often occurs if there's a capital letter in the subdomain field.
To bypass or avoid this error, we recommend ensuring all characters in your subdomain are lowercase.
If your subdomain is already all lowercase and you're still seeing this error, please reach out to our support team at support@recurly.com or through chat in your Recurly Admin Console.
