This article explains how to grant a single user access to multiple Recurly sites and how users switch between accounts. It applies to team members managing access permissions across multiple merchant accounts in Recurly.

Add a user to multiple sites

To grant a team member access to multiple Recurly sites, follow these steps:

1. Send an invitation to the user's email address from the first Recurly site.

2. Invite the exact same email address from each additional Recurly site you want the user to access.

3. Have the user accept each email invitation to confirm access.

How site switching works

Once the user accepts all invitations, they can access all assigned sites with one set of credentials:

• Log in to Recurly using the registered email address.

• Use the site dropdown menu inside the application to switch between authorized sites seamlessly.
