For an expired subscriber to be included in the Churned Subscriber category for a particular month, they must both subscribe and expire in that same month.
For example, if the Churned Subscriber dashboard shows '0' for February, it is because none of the subscribers who signed up (and paid an >$0 charge invoice) in February also expired in February.
To verify this, you can download the Subscriptions - Churned export for February. If the dashboard shows '0', the activated_at column in the export should not show any subscriptions that signed up in February.
It's also important to remember that a customer is only considered churned when their last or only subscription has expired. If a subscription activated and expired in February, but the customer had another active subscription that month, they would not be included in the Churned Subscriber category.
