Why Does the Discount Column Show Zero in My Coupons - Bulk Unique Codes Export?

Merchants sometimes become confused when downloading the Coupons - Bulk Unique Codes export and seeing the "discount" field populated with zeros, even when the discount associated with the codes is greater than zero.

This is expected behavior. The "discount" column will only become populated after the unique code has been redeemed. When redeemed, the "currency" column will reflect the currency of the amount. If your codes have not been redeemed yet, the value in the "discount" column is expected to show "0."
