If you are using Company Name as your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Customer Display Name Format, a duplicate name error will be triggered if you attempt to sync two accounts with the same company name.
To sync these two accounts as separate records, you can use the following workaround:

Change the Company Name in Recurly: To avoid the duplicate name error, you will initially need to change the company name in Recurly to something temporary. For example, if the company name is "Acme," you could change it to "Acme1."

Sync the Account: Allow the account to sync over to QBO with the temporary name.

Change the Name Back: Once the account has synced, you can change the company name back to the original in Recurly (e.g., "Acme"). It will successfully update in QBO without creating a duplicate name error.
