Yes, if you are missing data that should be syncing from Recurly into Salesforce (SFDC), you can perform a full re-sync. This action will push all missing data over from Recurly to Salesforce.
To do this, follow these steps:

In the Recurly Admin Console, go to the Recurly Admin tab and select "Sync Settings."

Click "Edit."
