Yes, you can export customer billing information, but due to PCI compliance and the required security of credit card data, the process is different for each.
Exporting Credit Card Data (Tokenized Data): Recurly can only export credit card data in a tokenized format when a merchant is looking to migrate from Recurly to another system. Please note that the system you are migrating the data to must also be PCI compliant. We are not able to provide these exports under any other circumstances.
As part of the off-boarding process, we provide one free export of this data. If you are looking to obtain this data for any other reason, there may be a fee.

Exporting Customer Billing Information (Non-Tokenized Data): If you only need to export your customer billing information (which does not include sensitive credit card numbers) for your own records or for use outside of Recurly, you can do so at any time:

Go to the Analytics tab in the left-hand navigation menu of your Recurly Admin Console.

Visit the data exports page.

Download the Billing Information Export.
