How do I change my Recurly Commerce plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your Recurly Commerce plan directly in the app to access new features, adjust support levels, or modify billing preferences.

Before you begin

• You must be an active Recurly Commerce merchant

• Your billing must be managed through Shopify

How to change your plan

1. In the Recurly Commerce app, go to Settings

2. Click Change Plan in the top-right corner

3. Choose the new plan tier you’d like to switch to

4. You’ll be redirected to Shopify to review and approve the new recurring charge

5. Complete the approval in Shopify

6. Return to Settings in the Recurly Commerce app to confirm your plan has been updated
