If your customer is not receiving an email notification from Recurly, there are a few things they can check to help resolve the issue:

Check Their Spam Folder: The email notification may have been incorrectly routed to their spam or junk folder.

Add Recurly to Their Safe List: To improve deliverability, we recommend that they add
recurly.comto their safe sender list in their email spam configuration. -
Check with Their Email Provider: They should check with their email provider to see if there is any additional filtering or blocklist that is preventing the emails from reaching their inbox.
Additionally, if the issue persists, you can reach out to our support team. We are always happy to review the accounts in question to confirm if the email notifications were, in fact, delivered to your customer.
