On occasion, you may notice a visual discrepancy where a customer’s account or subscription status color does not align with the actual status. For example, a subscription may be active but appear with a grey indicator, or inactive but show a green one.
When you encounter this display mismatch, it is easily solved by our team. Please reach out to our support team, and they can reindex the account on our end to ensure the status colors are correctly aligned with the subscription and account statuses.
