Can we use a different address for tax purposes other than the billing address?

You can decide whether to use the Billing Info address (ideal for electronic goods), or the Account Info address (ideal for physical goods) for tax calculations.

This setting can be toggled in your Tax Settings by going to Configuration > Taxes and then clicking "Tax Settings" at the top of the page.
