Does Recurly accept self-signed root certificates when making API calls?

Recurly does not accept self signed root certificates, even for testing purposes. This is done as a security precaution, and Recurly only accepts certificates generated from a Certificate Authority, such as DigiCert or Let's Encrypt. Please consider using a CA for supported SSL certificates to use with the Recurly client library for your API requests.
