You can track everything that’s happened on a subscription in Recurly Commerce using the Order History and Activity Log at the bottom of the customer’s contract.
Order History
This shows each renewal or one-time order with:

Order Number (clickable to open in Shopify)
Date of the transaction -
Subtotal, tax, shipping, and total
Click the order number to jump straight to Shopify’s Orders page and perform further actions like refunds or fulfillments.
Activity Log
This shows every change made to the subscription, including:

Who made the change (merchant, customer, or system)
-
What was changed
-
When it happened
Use this log to handle support tickets, verify subscription updates, and maintain complete visibility into your customer relationships.
