When sending a user invite to an alternate email address that you own, if the invite is sent in the same browser, the invite may still view as "pending" once accepted.
Once an invite is sent from Recurly to one of your alternate email address, we recommend the following:
- Open a separate private/incognito window
- Accept the invite there
Or -
- Log out of Recurly once the invite is sent
- Open the email with the invite
- Accept the invite
We have observed that when you are still logged with the email that sent the user invite, this can lead to difficulties accepting the new invite using the alternate email.
