We typically see MRR increase for the following possible reasons: 

• New Subscriptions
• Account adds another subscription
• Subscription upgrade
• Coupon that was previously applied to a renewing subscription has been used up
• Credit that was previously applied to a renewing subscription has been used up
• Subscriber goes from using gift card to paying for subscription
