Can I change the "from" name of my site emails?

While we do not have a field specifically for the “From Name," you can still change the sender name that appears for your emails. 

Setting Your Site's Default

To set the “From Name” default for all templates, visit your Configuration > Site Settings and edit your "Billing Contact Email" field with the following format:
“From Name” <>
Be sure to use the quote marks, include a space, and wrap the address with the <> marks:

Setting One Template's Default

To override your site default for one specific template, you will hover over that Email Template and click "Settings" to view the settings popup. You will use the same format described above.
