Duplicate Accounts/Subscriptions Created at Checkout

If you're occasionally seeing duplicate accounts or subscriptions created by your customers, it's possible your customers are hitting the Submit button more than once. 

You can prevent this by using JavaScript to disable the button until the HTTP response is received.
