We would recommend that you download this data through both our Accounts Export and Billing Information Export depending on where you have the information stored, or if you have separate addresses stored for their account versus their billing.
Either one of the above links will detail the export's contents. You will download the export from your site and then filter the data by the respective address columns such as what's listed below as examples:

account_city/billing_city
account_state/billing_state
