What is the timing for a gateway failover scenario to clear?

  • Gateway Failover will clear when no communication errors are received for 3 minutes.

  • When cleared, Recurly will revert back to the primary gateway for initial / one-time transactions.

  • This will also release the recurring queues to flow to the primary gateway.
