How do I charge for shipping on a one-time purchase?

Passing the cost of shipping physical goods on to your customers is easy in Recurly. To get started, navigate to Configuration > Shipping and set up a shipping method. This will reflect how you are going to deliver goods to the customer (for example with a common carrier like USPS, or with a truck you own).

After you set up your shipping method, you can add shipping to a purchase using API version 2.20 or higher. There is a field to add a shipping fee to any number of one-time fees, as well as the method you use to ship the goods.
