Does Recurly offer emails to notify customers of coupon expiration?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a feature to directly notify customers of an upcoming or recent coupon expiration. We are tracking interest in this feature on our backend so if you would like, you can reach out to our support team at support@recurly.com to be added to the existing mailing list and we will contact you when any new updates are made available.

In the meantime, we do have a coupon related email parameter that will return the duration of the coupon related to context of the email. {{coupon_lifetime}} If you use that parameter it will return either Forever, Single Use, or the number of months that the coupon will be active for.
