How can I fix the 'Needs a plan that has not been synced to QuickBooks Online' error?

This error indicates that Setup fees or Add-ons are failing to sync because the plan, on which setup fees and add-ons are dependent, is not present in QuickBooks.

 

To resolve this, check to see if you have the plan in QuickBooks, or if you have another plan that has an identical name. This error is typically caused by the business validation error, so if you can fix that error, then this error will also resolve automatically. If you edit the Plan Name/Code in Recurly and QBO, and continue to experience this error, please contact Support at support@recurly.com
