This error indicates that the setup fees or add-ons are failing to sync because the plan, on which setup fees and add-ons are dependent, is not present in Xero.
To resolve, check to see if you have the plan in Xero, or if you have another plan that has an identical name. Change the name of the Plan Code in Recurly or the Plan Name in Xero. Once you have done this, run another sync and the error should disappear.
