Will cancelling a subscription affect the Subscriber Growth report if the account still has an active subscription?

If you cancel a subscription on an account that still has at least (1) subscription active, then no, this event will not affect the Subscriber Growth report. 

The category of "Churned" subscribers will only count subscribers whose subscriptions have ALL expired.
