If the coupon value linked to a customer account is not syncing over from Recurly to the Recurly Subscriptions object in Salesforce, it is usually because the coupon applied was an account-level coupon and does not sit within the subscription itself.
The coupon must be a subscription-level coupon in order for it to successfully sync over to the Recurly Subscriptions object in Salesforce.
