How can I track credit adjustments via exports?

If you need to track credit adjustments added to your customer accounts, then your best option is to download the Adjustments export, located under Analytics -> Exports.Our docs explain the contents of the export in more detail here.

 

Once downloaded, you can filter the adjustment_status column to differentiate between pending and invoiced adjustments and the adjustment_type column to only display credits. You can also use the adjustment_description column to filter credit adjustments with a common descriptor (for example, if you're running a campaign that uses the same description for all credits provided).

Make sure that when creating the credits, you input the name of the campaign into the description field so that this populates in the export.
