Why are subscription add-on edits done on SFDC not syncing back to Recurly?

Edits done to a subscription's add-ons in Salesforce will not sync back to Recurly as the Recurly-Salesforce integration is not setup this way.


You should be able to update the add-on information within the Recurly UI --> Customer Account page --> Edit Subscription. The add-on update will then sync over to your Salesforce org.

If you are unable to do this or if the sync does not go through, you can delete both the SDFC subscriptions and the Recurly subscriptions, and then recreate them with the correct add-on information.
