Why are the Renewal Reminder emails not being sent to customers?

When enabled the renewal reminder email is sent out 7 days prior to the subscription renewal date. If the customer is not sent the email, please check the plan details for their subscription and confirm if the email template is enabled. This template, similar to the Trial Ending email, needs to be enabled and disabled at the plan level and it is disabled by default.

Once the email template has been enabled at the plan level, it will actively be sent to any customer within that 7 day time range of their subscription renewing.
