Does Recurly offer reporting for email open rates and bounces?

Unfortunately, Recurly does not currently offer any user facing reports or data exports based around email deliveries. This is something that we are tracking interest in at this time and if you would like to be added to the existing mailing list, please contact our support team directly for more information.

Additionally, if you come across any issues with your own users or customers not receiving emails generated by Recurly, please feel free to reach out to us and we will work with you to try and resolve the issue quickly.
